NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the Social Services Revenue Monitoring Position for 2004/05 as at 30th September, 2004 and the management actions underway, be noted; and (b) any action beyond the delegated authority of officers charged with managing the budget would be discussed with the Cabinet Member and relevant authorisation would be sought to a further report.

NATURE OF DECISION: To approve the implementation of the payroll deduction scheme to enable Council employees to join the Sheffield Credit Union and to make payments to the Credit Union direct from their salaries.

NAME OF CABINET MEMBER: Councillor Harry Harpham
NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) approval be given to progressing the development of restoration proposals for Weston Park and confirm this authority as appropriate for this to proceed; (b) confirmation be given for the Executive Director, Development, Environment and Leisure, in consultation with the Director of Legal and Administrative Services to agree the terms of any contractual documentation required with the Heritage Lottery Fund and generally to take such steps as he sees as appropriate to progress the project; and (c) approval be given to the attached CPA variation for inclusion in the Capital Programme.
