NATURE OF DECISION: To grant permission (a) for the Senior Manager, Regeneration and Development to enter into, after consultation with the City Solicitor, contractual arrangements with Rotherham LEA and Sheffield Hallam University to deliver elements of the Inequality Challenge for South Yorkshire Schools and (b) in respect of the sub-contractual arrangements with Sheffield Hallam University, the tender requirements contained in Standing Orders to be waived by the City Solicitor.
