NATURE OF DECISION: To (a) note the report on Air Quality Supplementary Credit Approvals 2003/04, (b) endorse the implementation of air quality action plans outlined in the report and (c) approve the Project Report Form CP4 in relation to the scheme.

NATURE OF DECISION: Due to unexpected progress with the present remediation of 12 gardens at Milldale Road, approve the existing contractor to undertake the remediation of 5 additional gardens that could not be included in the initial tender.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the negotiated tender of Kier Sheffield LLP in the sum of £146,100.26 in respect of Abbeydale Grange School toilets and (ii) for the Acting Head of Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; and
(b) note the spending profile.
