NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) the contents of the Chief Executive's Directorate 2003/04 Revenue Budget Monitoring Report be noted, (b) Heads of Service should continue to stringently manage any new expenditure commitments in order to absorb the impact of any "in-year" pressures; and (c) the Director of Finance should report back on 21st January, 2004 in line with the budget reporting requirements of the Financial Framework.
