NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of MPH Building Systems in the sum of £57,243.75 or such lesser sum as funding permits on a fixed price basis in respect of Beck Road Primary School Learning Centre and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) note the spending profile.

NATURE OF DECISION: To agree that the transfer of the existing Sheffield City Council staff working in the Burngreave and Fir Vale Sure Start Programme to National Children's Homes be approved together with the other arrangements referred to in the report, and that the Executive Director, Education, in consultation with the City Solicitor, be authorised to approve the terms of any necessary documentation, including any further agreements not referred to in the report but which he considers appropriate to include as part of the arrangements for the transfer.
