NATURE OF DECISION: To approve (a) the acceptance of credit card payments, by the Council, for commercial activities/services for implementation as soon as possible and that the Director of Finance be required to implement such actions and prepare a further report six months after implementation and (b) approve Officers developing procedures and systems, in association with Liberata, for the acceptance of credit cards for certain Business Rates payments and this should form part of the six monthly report.
