NATURE OF DECISION:  That approval be given to (a) the extension of the Abandoned Cars Summer Scheme to the whole City, (b) the introduction of Operation Cubit in partnership with the South Yorkshire Police and the DVLA and (c) increasing the charge from £20 to £115, which is the legal maximum, to be paid by the keeper for releasing the vehicles if there is a legitimate claim against its removal.

NATURE OF DECISION:  To give authority to release the undertaking given by Gleeson Homes Limited's Solicitors to the Council to secure clawback of grant awarded to Gleeson Homes Limited under the Kelham Conservation Area Partnership Grant Scheme.

NATURE OF DECISION:  In connection with the Slip Stabilisation and Highway Reinstatement Works at Cherry Bank Road, to give approval to (a) the purchase of land between Cherry Bank Road and Chantrey Road to enable the works to be carried out, (b) complete works to the turning head at the top of Chantrey Road under the terms of the Agreement to purchase the land, (c) instruct the Assistant Chief Engineer to negotiate with the original tenderers for the works to obtain a revised tender figure and (d) carry out slip stabilisation and highway reinstatement works utilising income received from a successful insurance claim.
