NATURE OF DECISION: To (a) authorise (i) the acceptance of the tender of Quarmby Construction (Special Projects) Limited in the sum of £580,085 with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of the Wybourn School Refurbishment and (ii) the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; and (b) note the spending profile.
