NATURE OF DECISION: To approve the award of the contract for the supply of domestic floor coverings for Furnished Accommodation for the period 1st January, 2004 to 31st December, 2006, to the Pyramid Linoleum and Carpet Company.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given for the Council to (a) support All Saints School, through the New Opportunities Fund PE and Sport Programme in Sheffield, to enable the School to enter into an agreement with Goals Soccer in order to design, build and manage the proposed Sports Centre at All Saints Sports College within the context of a newly created Charitable Trust;
(b) passport £1.8m of New Opportunities Funding (subject to the terms of the funding agreement between the New Opportunities Fund and the Council) to the Charitable Trust; and
(c) provide an annual contribution to the School budget in order that the School can pay the Charitable Trust for its use of the indoor facilities during school times.
