NATURE OF DECISION: To note the financial monitoring report at month 3 in respect of the Development, Environment and Leisure Revenue Budget 2003/04.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) based on the evaluation procedures set out in paragraph 5 of the report, to accept the Stage 1 notional tender of Contractor C, Wates Construction Limited, to undertake the Stage 2 duties for the fixed price of £29,493.19 for the Special (EBD) Schools scheme and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance to enable Stage 2 negotiations to commence on 15th September, be granted.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Wildgoose Construction Limited in the sum of £2,041,689 or such lesser sum as shall be agreed with the variation of price clause deleted except for tax fluctuations in respect of the Handsworth Grange Sport Centre Scheme and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for this Project and (b) the spending profile be noted.
