NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) authority be given (i) to accept the negotiated tender of Kier Sheffield LLP in the sum of £366,924 in respect of Broomhall Nursery and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the project; and
(b) note the spending profile.

NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) based on the evaluation procedure set out in paragraph 5 of the report authority to accept the revised Stage 1 notional tender of Contractor D (Willmott Dixon Construction Limited) to undertake the Stage 2 duties in respect of Woodthorpe School - New Build, for the fixed price of £20,764.50, be granted; and
(b) authorisation be given for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance to enable Stage 2 negotiations to commence on 22nd December, 2003.
