NATURE OF DECISION: That (a) confirmation be given to the action of the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property in issuing tender documents to the four contractors listed in the report in respect of the Sheffield Inner Relief Road Phase 2; (b) authority be given (i) to accept the tender of Adien Limited in the sum of £103,400 at the rates and prices in the Schedule of Rates contained in their tender and (ii) for the Acting Head of Sheffield Design and Property to issue a letter of acceptance for the Project; (c) approval be given to the Project Report Form CP4; and (d) note the spending profile.

NATURE OF DECISION: That approval be given to (a) fund the extension of the dining rooms at Tapton and Ecclesfield Secondary Schools using the Education Capital Programme NDS modernisation monies as a temporary measure until either the capital receipt from PFI 2 becomes available or the sales of property releases an additional capital receipt and (b) the Project Report Form CP3.
