Report on the Repayment of Continuing Care Costs by the Primary Care Trust

At its meeting on 21st July 2008, the Health and Community Care Scrutiny and Policy Development Board considered a decision of the Cabinet relating to the repayment of continuing care costs by the Primary Care Trust, taken at its meeting on 25th June 2008, which decision was called-in for scrutiny.
