Development and Production of the Second Local Transport Plan

REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL 3RD NOVEMBER, 2004

            At its meeting on 27th October, 2004, the Cabinet received a report of the Executive Director, Development, Environment and Leisure, containing details of issues involved in developing the next five-year Local Transport Plan

            The decision of the Cabinet, as set out below, is referred to the City Council for consideration:-

DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF THE SECOND LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN

            The Executive Director, Development, Environment and Leisure, submitted a report containing details of issues involved in developing the next five-year Local Transport Plan which was to be submitted to the Government in July, 2005.

RESOLVED: That (a) the information contained in the report now submitted on the new working arrangements which were now in place to facilitate the Development of the next five-year Local Transport Plan be noted; and

                     (b) approval be given to the work programme and associated timescales as set out in the appendix to the report and a further report be brought back to the Cabinet in due course.
