Forward Plan and Key Decisions

The Forward Plan sets out the issues that the Cabinet expects to consider over the next four months and is updated each month.

We are required to consult with the public on some important issues and these are called "key decisions" and are marked with an asterisk (*) in the Forward Plan. Consultation is done through public meetings, consultative groups, leaflets or adverts in the press. Key decisions should not come as a surprise to the people they affect.
