    David Bird, Head of Environment and Waste Management Service, will attend to answer questions.

    Report from Steve Byers, Environmental Protection Service, City Council.

  5. THE SOUTH YORKSHIRE FIRE RISK MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
    Officers from the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service will be attending for this item.

    Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 23rd November 2004.

  7. PUBLIC QUESTIONS AND PETITIONS
    To receive questions and petitions from members of the public.
