Investigate the possibility of increasing the number of disabled parking spaces at the Birley Spa Bath House | 17th October 2006 | Alan Disberry - Community Buildings Project Officer | We only took on the management of the Birley Spa Bath House as of 1st April 2007. We were not aware of this Area Panel action point. When we took on the building there were no user groups at all. At present the only user group is the Sunset Group (Children with learning disabilities) and they are transported to and from the building in a minibus.
