		To receive a written report regarding the Area Plan and Neighbourhood Renewal Fund Programme and a verbal update regarding Area Panel Small Grants and New Year’s Honours Awards.

8.	7.50 p.m.	MINUTES/MATTERS ARISING
		To receive the minutes of the Panel meeting held 24th November, 2004 and deal with any matters arising.

		To note that (a) the Area Panel New Year’s Honours Reception will be held on Thursday, 3rd February, 2005, at 6.00 p.m. in the Town Hall; and (b) the next Panel Meeting will be held on Thursday, 24th March, 2005, at 6.00 p.m. at a venue to be confirmed.
