	To receive a presentation from Mark Peat.

4.	LOCAL ISSUES IN PARSON CROSS
	To receive a report from the Parson Cross Community Development Forum focusing on 14-19 education issues with representatives of various agencies invited to listen and respond.

5.	AREA PLAN – UPDATE
	To receive an Area Plan update from Andy Wier focusing on other Education/Employment developments.

6.	PUBLIC QUESTIONS AND PETITIONS

7.	MINUTES/MATTERS ARISING
	To receive the minutes of the Panel meeting held 24th March, 2005, and deal with any matters arising.

8.	FUTURE MEETINGS
	To note that the next Owlerton/Southey Panel Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23rd June, 2005, at 6.00 p.m. at Birley Carr Methodist Church, Foxhill Road..
