	To receive activity reports from: - The Youth Empowerment Project regarding Neighbourhood Renewal Funded Youth Participation Work Sheffield Futures regarding mainstream youth provision. Southey/Shirecliffe Sure Start

3.	LOCAL ISSUES IN SHIRECLIFFE
	To receive: - An update from Shirecliffe Forum A presentation regarding the Shirecliffe Youth Project and on young people’s issues in Shirecliffe A question and answer session with a representative of the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive regarding local bus services.

5.	MINUTES/MATTERS ARISING
	To receive the minutes of (a) the Panel meeting held 23^rd September, 2004, and (b) the Joint Panel meeting held 11^th October, 2004.

	To note that the next Owlerton/Southey Green Panel Meeting will be held on Thursday, 27^th January, 2005, at 6.00 p.m. at a venue to be agreed.
