To receive a report submitted regarding Phase 2 (Private Sector Housing) of the Neighbourhood Commission. | |
5. | AREA PLAN – UPDATE |
To receive an Area Plan update focussing on the Environment and Accessibility. | |
6. | HIGHWAYS – UPDATE |
To receive an update covering the Area Panel Small Highway Schemes Budget, Barnsley Road and a summary of other schemes. | |

8. | MINUTES/MATTERS ARISING |
To receive the minutes of the Panel meeting held 27th January, 2005, and deal with any matters arising. | |
9. | FUTURE MEETINGS |
To note that (a) a joint Burngreave/ Owlerton/Southey Area Panel Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12th April, 2005, at 6.30 p.m. at the Shirecliffe Community Centre with the agenda focussing on the Parkwood Landfill Site; and (b) the next Owlerton/Southey Panel Meeting will be held on Thursday, 26th May, 2005, at 6.00 p.m. at a venue to be confirmed. | |
