	John Charlton, Lead Manager, North Area, to report.

4.	NORTH SHEFFIELD COMMUNITY WOODLANDS PROJECT
	Jon Dallow, North Sheffield Community Woodlands Project to introduce the Project.

5.	BUSINESS INVESTMENT IN THE NORTH AREA
	Alex Prince, Business Communications Officer for Sheffield First for Investment and The Chamber of Commerce to report.

6.	NEW HILLSBOROUGH COLLEGE SITE Alan Biggins and Trevor Pollard, Hillsborough College, to report.

7.	PUBLIC QUESTIONS AND PETITIONS
	To receive any questions or petitions from members of the public.

8.	PARISH COUNCIL MATTERS
	To consider any issues raised by Parish Councils in the North Area.

9.	DATE OF NEXT MEETING
	To note that the next meeting of the Panel will be held on Wednesday 19 January 2005 at 4.00 pm at Ecclesfield.
