3.	MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
	Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 25th July, 2003.

4.	MANOR, CASTLE & WOODTHORPE AREA PLAN 2003
	To seek views on the Panel's Area Plan for 2003 which has now been published and distributed within the Area.

	(NB Copies of the Plan will be available at the meeting.)

5.	TOWARDS A CLEANER, GREENER AND SAFER AREA
	(a) the Area Co-ordinator and Brett Nuttall (Sheffield Wildlife Trust) to report on a programme of practical works to be carried out by 31st March, 2004; and

	(b) the Head of Development Services to report on road safety schemes in the Woodthorpe and Lower Manor areas and on Highway Services' work generally.

6.	FUTURE OF PARK HILL
	The Executive Director, Neighbourhoods to report.

7.	PROGRESS ON THE NEIGHBOURHOOD RENEWAL FUND PROGRAMME
	The Area Co-ordinator to report.

8.	NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL – FRIDAY, 28TH NOVEMBER, 2003 AT 1.30 P.M.
	To determine the venue for the meeting.
