	(a) Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held on 23rd July 2004.

	(b) To note the response of Transform South Yorkshire to the view expressed by the Panel on 28th May, 2004 that its Board should include community representation.

8.	DATES OF FUTURE MEETINGS
	To (a) note that public meetings of the Panel will be held at 1.30 p.m. on Fridays, 26th November, 2004 and 28th January, 1st April and 27th May, 2005; and (b) determine the venue for the meeting on 26th November.
