ROSYH for Supported Housing Providers

After extensive consultation and development we are pleased to attach the final guidance documents and data gathering workbook for the Regional Outcomes System for Yorkshire and Humberside (ROSYH).
ROSYH is a "distance travelled" outcome measurement system designed to focus provider and commissioner attention on the acheivements rather than the activities of supported housing. Achievements maintaining or improving independence.
The main manual describes the standards and methods for measuring improvements in people's lives, the IT manual tells you how to record and report on acheivements using the data gathering workbook.
The ROSYH workbook can also replace the Communities and Local Government performance indicator workbook. We are also working on integrating the Client Record Data returns and the national outcome measurement system when released.
