Information for Service Users
This page in intended for people that currently receive, or are interested in receiving housing support in their own homes.
What is housing support?
Housing support means support offered by services such as:
- The warden and alarm service in sheltered housing
- Hostels and supported housing schemes
- Tenancy support workers who visit regularly to help with things like keeping to the tenancy, managing money and living independently
These are all services that should make it possible for people who need extra help to live independently in their own home.
