Directory of support services in Sheffield
This directory contains information about all the supported housing and housing support services in Sheffield which are funded by the Supporting People programme.
What is housing support?
Housing support focuses on enabling people to live in their own home or to develop the skills to live more independently. It does not cover health and social care services, such as home support or personal care.
How to use the directory
Services have been grouped into broad service types to help you find the type of service you are looking for. Definitions of these service types are listed in the document at the bottom of this page.
Select the service type that your looking for using the drop down list. A list of services will be displayed and the organisations providing them.
You can then select individual services that you would like more information about. You can return to the results of your search by using the 'search results' button, if you want to look at other services.
You can also search by keywords or parts of words, if you have some idea of the name of the service or organisation you are looking for.
