Making the most of your life
Just because you're getting older doesn't mean that your life has to stop. You might find that you now have the spare time to start new hobbies, find new interests, meet new friends and do the things that you've always wanted to do when you were younger.

There are lots of benefits to learning in later life. It gives you opportunities to meet new people as well as keeping you mentally active.

Staying healthy
Taking care of yourself becomes even more important as you get older. There are lots of ways you can do this

- Drinking plenty of water.
- Eating a balanced diet.
- Trying to stop smoking and cut down your alcohol intake.
