Advice Centres in Sheffield
Sheffield City Council provides grant aid funding to support a network of advice centres (including Citizens Advice Bureaux) in Sheffield.
Advice Centres offer free and impartial help on legal advice (including wills and testaments), benefits advice, debt counselling, consumer problems and housing and employment issues. Usually it is better to approach your local advice centre but you can also contact one of the citywide specialist centres.

Legal Advice
Free legal advice may be available from solicitors under the advice and assistance scheme.
If in doubt about how to find legal advice services in Sheffield contact your local Advice Centre. If you are on a low income Legal Aid may pay for yoiur solicitor - look for the Legal Aid symbol under solicitors in the Yellow Pages, or in local newspapers.
