Mental Health Mobility Bus Pass Scheme
You may be entitled to a Mental Health Mobility Pass if you live in Sheffield and
- have a severe and continuing mental health problem,
- you're aged between 18 and 65 years of age.
The pass, issued by South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, allows you to travel anywhere in South Yorkshire, and some parts of Derbyshire at a reduced fare.
If you think you may be entitled to a mobility pass there is a letter for people who would like to apply and an application form at the bottom of this page. If you have any questions, you may find the answer on our frequently asked questions page.
If you want to check whether you may be entitled to a pass, talk to your social worker, Community Mental Health Nurse/Community Psychiatric Nurse or day services worker. Alternatively any of the specialist mental health organisations, like Mind or Sheffield Mental Health CAB (Citizens Advice Bureau), can advise you.
Please note - for more information about travel concessions for older people and people with a disability, please visit our Help with Travel web page.
