Within Brunswick Road young people attend regular residents meetings and there are a number of forums they are asked to feed into to ensure their views and opinions are recorded including a ‘Comments Box’, participation in their statutory Looked after Children Reviews and also a form they’re asked to complete when they leave the project highlighting how their experience was. The whole point of these processes is to improve service delivery.
