Tell us what you think...
Social Services
If you are not happy with the way your assessment is carried out, or with the decision, you can ask us to look at your situation again. Your social worker, community nurse or care manager will explain how you can do this.
You can also make a compliment, comment or complaint about your assessment or any service you get from social services. Contact our Customer Relations Team on 273 6705 and ask for a copy of our ‘Tell Us What You Think’ leaflet.
Health Services
If you are not happy with any of our services you can approach any member of staff with your concerns and they will help you to write it down if you are not able to do this yourself. More information about complaints can be found in our leaflet ‘Getting the best from Sheffield Care Trust’. You can telephone our Corporate Business Manager on 0114 271 8956 for advice about how to make a formal or informal complaint.
