Domestic violence
We can rehouse people suffering from domestic abuse. Contact your local Area Housing Office or contact the Homelessness section at Howden House, Union Street, Sheffield on (0114) 273 5142 or 273 5406 or 273 4483.

Racial harassment
You can report a racial harassment incident to the Safer Neighbourhoods Team, on (0114) 252 3996. You should also consider contacting your local police station on (0114) 220 20 20.
Hate crime
Hate crime is any offence committed against a person or property that is motivated by the offenders hate of people because they are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. A victim of this type of hate crime doesn't have to be either of the above but considered to be by the offender.

Human trafficking
STOP (Trafficking UK) is a new charity working to support trafficked people and raise awareness of the urgent problem of modern day slavery in the UK. For help and advice contact their helpline on 0844 800 33 14 (during office hours) and speak in confidence to a case worker. STOP have offices based in London and Sheffield.
