How long have you been a foster carer?
About 9 years.
Why did you go into fostering?
We wanted company for my own child and to help children who needed it.
How many children have you fostered?
11 Children including Emergency, Respite, Adoption and Permanent placements. We now have 3 foster children on long-term placements, which are permanent.
Have children of your own?
Yes, a 23-year-old daughter, a 17 year-old son and our little dog called Bobby!
Best memory of fostering?
There are too many to list! The good memories far outweigh the bad!
Why should someone go into fostering?
If you need or want a job that's fulfilling you won't get better than this. We love it!
