Making Funeral Arrangements
When a death occurs, it is one of the most traumatic and stressful times of our lives, especially for those who have to deal with making the funeral arrangements.
At Bereavement Services, we work closely with Funeral Directors to ensure that the funeral is carried out in accordance with the family's wishes. An experienced Bereavement Officer attends each cremation or burial service to ensure that the funeral is carried out in a dignified and professional manner.
For the majority of those making funeral arrangements, the services of a Funeral Director will be obtained. The Funeral Director will act on your behalf to obtain the necessary documents and make all the appropriate funeral arrangements.
However, should you wish to be more personally involved in all aspects of arranging the funeral, the 'Independent Funeral' option may be considered.
