3d modeling service

We have launched a 3d modeling service that can produce images of  a scheme from key views across the city which can then be used as part of your planning application.

 

The Sheffield 3d model was created in 2006/2007, as an integral part of the Planning Service.

 

Principle use of the model is focused around advising on Urban design issues on major Planning Applications as well as major regeneration schemes.  The 3D model is based on a set of aerial photographs, and is topographically accurate.
