The Development Team Approach

The Development Team Approach (DTA) can provide applicants with a co-ordinated and speedy approach to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.  Sheffield offers the DTA to all key regeneration schemes, including major developments that accord with planning policies and projects that bring significant community benefits.
