Retail Studies in Sheffield
There are two major retail studies and one partial update which inform planning policy for the Sheffield area:

- the City-wide Quantitative Study of Comparison Goods Retailing by Cushman & Wakefield, Healey & Baker, 2002. This report assesses the need for non-food shopping floorspace in relation to the New Retail Quarter. You can download a summary of this report from lower down this page.
