Kelham Island and Neepsend Action Plan 2008-2018

 

The Kelham and Neepsend area have contributed directly to the commercial and architectural character of Sheffield, influenced by the area's association with the prosperous steel, cutlery and silverware industries. This action plan is a delivery vehicle for a 10-year vision for the area, and as such will be referred to when determining planning applications and allocating public investment.
