Interim Sheffield and Rotherham Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (July 2008)
The Interim Sheffield and Rotherham Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment sets out the overall methodology for the joint study and the final assessment of housing land supply for Sheffield District. It has been published to support the evidence base for the Sheffield Development Framework (SDF) Core Strategy. The Assessment for Rotherham was completed in April 2009.
