Interim Sheffield and Rotherham Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (July 2008)
The Interim Sheffield and Rotherham Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment sets out the overall methodology for the joint study and the final assessment of housing land supply for Sheffield District. It has been published to support the evidence base for the Sheffield Development Framework (SDF) Submission Draft Core Strategy which is currently part way through its Public Examination. The Assessment for Rotherham has not yet been completed but it is hoped to publish the final report during summer 2008.
