The Code of Conduct has been updated to that revised in October 2007 and the Standards Board Guide for members has been added, you can download the planning extract from the foot of this page. Background information can be viewed on our Code of Conduct, Delegated Schemes and Lobbying declaration form.
 
Further guidance from 2009 is available from the Local Government Association on the Role of the Planning Councillor
