Making an Application
1. Check you have the correct validation checklist & guidance notes for your application.
2. Read guidance on local planning application requirements.
3. Make an Online Planning Application through the Planning Portal

4. New developments must be sustainable, so please read our Sustainability Guidance.
5. For large and complex developments we provide a project management framework called Planning Performance Agreements. These are suitable for applications which need longer than the standard 13 weeks to determine, and offer applicants greater certainty about key aspects of the application process.
