Scowerdons, Weakland and Newstead (SWaN) Residents' Charter

A unique Residents’ Charter is in place for the SWaN project.

 

The Charter sets out the Council’s commitment to residents throughout the regeneration process.  This includes the commitment that a new home of the tenure of choice will be available for existing residents who want to return to a new home on the estates.
