1APP Planning Application Forms
It is possible to apply for planning permission online using the Planning Portal, but if you would like to submit a paper application you can download application forms on this page.
To make a successful planning application:
- Check the national planning application requirements for the type of planning application you are making. This can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
- Download the application form you require from the list below.
- Download the local validation checklist and guidance notes from the list below.
- Check the fee you require. Details of application fees can be downloaded from the bottom of this page (PL6 form).
If you are unsure of which type of application you need, you can call the Planning Helpline (0114 273 4215) for further information.
Alternatively, the Planning Portal e-cabinet will guide you through the process of selecting the correct application forms for you to download and print.
