Tree Survey / Aboricultural Implications
Where proposed building or engineering works are close to trees that make a contribution to the amenities of the area, it is necessary to show the species, position and spread of any such trees on application plans. This information should be provided even if the tree is not within the application site.
Many trees are protected by preservation orders or by virtue of their location with a Conservation Area. (Find Conservation Areas on Sheffield's Unitary Development Plan maps.)
