Code Of Practice for Publicity and Consultation on all Planning Applications

 

The attached Code of Practice sets out practical guidance for officers organizing publicity and consultation on planning applications.  It is based on statutory requirements and the principles set out in the Statement of Community Involvement (SCI).  As a practice guide, the Planning Service will update it from time to time, if statutory requirements change, local issues arise or new national best practice advice is issued.
