How are we performing?
In the first nine months (April to December 07) the Events Service (including Catering) received no complaints and 26 compliments.
A sample of some comments made about the Events Service can be seen as follows:
"A very successful event, how fantastic the venue is, how very impressive the staff were throughout the busy day."
"Just to say many thanks for the dinner the other night. The service and the food was absolutely fantastic. Everybody was impressed with the standard of the food. It was a lovely evening made extra special by you and your staff contribution a credit to Sheffield City Council and the City."
"Your assistance from beginning our planning, through to managing unexpected issues on the day was highly professional, thorough and a pleasure to work with. I am sure that we join many other organisations who can sing the praises of the events team and management in the Town Hall."
"Thank you so much, the Town Hall was such a fantastic choice for our wedding."
