Sheffield's Tourist Information Centre offers a booking service* for all accommodation listed on this site. If you need us to make a reservation, or you need further advice on any of the accommodation establishments listed on this site please contact us by emailing visitor@yorkshiresouth.com or by telephoning the Tourist Information Centre on 0114 221 1900.

If you are looking for accommodation for a group of 10 or more people, or you're organising a conference where delegates will need to stay in Sheffield, why not contact our group reservations team on 0114 201 1025**. We'll be able to find the most suitable accommodation- and rates- available for you.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the service you receive, you should bring your complaint to the attention of the management of the establishment at the time. This gives the opportunity to put things right at once. If having done so, you are still unhappy, please write with full details of your complaint to: Senior Tourism Development Officer, Sheffield Tourism, Blades Enterprise Centre, John Street, Sheffield S2 4SW. By contacting us with the details of your complaint, we will deem that you have given permission for us to release the full details of your name and address, to relevant parties.
