Management Plan

Site Management Plan
Green Flag is a benchmark of excellence in recreational green areas.

Sites must be freely accessible to the public and have a site-specific management plan. Sites are judged against eight criteria:

  • A Welcoming Place
  • Healthy, Safe and Secure
  • Clean and Well Maintained
  • Sustainability
  • Conservation and Heritage
  • Community Involvement
  • Marketing
  • Management

The current management plan for Norfolk Heritage Park, is a dynamic document which ensures the continued success and sustainable future by guiding Parks and Countryside and all those involved in achieving the vision for the site.   An electronic version of the Green Flag Management plan for this year can be made available on request.  Please contact the Park Manager on (0114) 286 0400.
