Here is some information about community groups, activities and events that take place in Norfolk Heritage Park.

Sheffield Fayre

Since its Jubilee Year in 2002 Norfolk Heritage Park has played host to the Sheffield Fayre, a free outdoor community event that takes place over the August Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday.  The event features a Horticulture Show, Antiques Roadshow, Community Marquee, children's activities, a unique living history camp and spectacular battle re-enactments.  
 
If you think you might like to submit an entry into next year's Sheffield Horticulture Show, leave your details at the Centre Reception (0114 286 0400) to receive a cope of the schedule (booklet of classes that you can enter).
 
Sheffield Fayre is organised by the Sheffield Fayre Management Committee.  If you would like to get involved and volunteer with the planning of this fantastic event please contact the Centre.
 
 

Friends of Norfolk Heritage Park

Meet monthly.  Get involved with your local community and help keep Norfolk Heritage Park one of the best in the city.  Contact the Centre to find out more details.

 

 
Tree Planting with the Environment Agency

Health Walk

Every Friday.  Meet at reception just before 10am.  25p donation for refreshments.
 

Ranger Events

The East Ranger Team run events and activities for families and schools in the park throughout the year, exploring it's history and wildlife.  Contact the team on 0114 275 1176 for further information.
 

Junior Football

Is your child interested in playing football in Norfolk Heritage Park?  We have boys under 15 and a girls under 14 football team who are looking for new players.  Contact Carl Herrick on 07869 215 576.

Norfolk Park Bowls Club

Season starts again in April 2010.  Register your interest at reception.
